Preparation tips:

  • Before coating, moisten the food with water, lightly beaten egg or egg whites and shake off any excess.
  • To coat your food without any mess, use a plastic bag – simply add a couple of tablespoons for every portion of food, add 2-3 portions at a time to your bag and shake gently until evenly coated.
  • Before you cook your food let it stand for 10 minutes to allow the flavour to develop further.

Serving ideas: Coat’n Cook Original and Seafood is great with chicken pieces, beef or pork schnitzels, lamb chops and fish fillets. Also try coating and baking potato wedges or other fresh veges like zucchini fingers, mushrooms or capsicum strips.
