Diamond Winners Footy Pasta

Ingredients:

6 breakfast sausages
2 carrots
350g packet Diamond Footy Shapes Pasta
1 cup tomato puree
2 large handfuls baby spinach
Grated cheese

Directions

Cook the sausages. Cut into thirds. Peel the carrots and grate finely. Cook the Diamond Footy Pasta to packet directions. Drain, reserving half a cup of the cooking water. Mix the reserved cooking water, carrot, tomato puree and baby spinach together. Toss through the pasta. Cook for 3 – 5 minutes or until the spinach is just wilted.
Serve topped with grated cheese.
