Paul’s new role sees him growing, creating, and cooking inspiring food, much of it sourced from the foot print of the 4000 acre farm situated one and a quarter hours south of Christchurch in the picturesque Pigeon Bay, 15 minutes’ drive from the historic French Settlement of Akaroa.
He has won numerous culinary competitions and food awards, participated live on radio, on TV food programs, regular recipes featuring in magazines and yearly demonstrations all over New Zealand.
His food style is a marriage of cultures, producing bold flavours, incorporating layers of textures, whilst also considering healthy elements to his technique and snippets of surprise to catch you off guard.
